Professional coaching to help you reach your goals

I have trained as a life coach with Newcastle College and I am currently a member of the International Coaching Federation (the ICF) and Health and Care Professions Council (the HCPC).

In a nutshell my professional journey in the UK includes: Early Years Educator working for Acol Children Centre, Outreach worker for Welcare Children's Centre, Family Support Worker for Tooting Locality Early Years Team, Community Social Worker for Welcare (Southwark Diocesan) in Richmond and Employment Coach for Careers Development Group (CDG).

Coming to life coaching was a natural path as I have always been interested in personal development and have experience in mentoring and supervising students and volunteers. Working in a charity sector for many years strengthened my humanistic and Christian values and I have developed a strong sense for social justice. And I believe that only by being true to yourself you can thrive as a human being.
